Drinking Coffee--Treated the same as using a Cell Phone?

Can't get that law off my brain. The one where 17 states have a law against using a cell phone while driving...(Unless..here in Va.; you are using the ear peace-headset).
What about drinking a hot cup of coffee while driving?? Last I checked it still takes one hand to drink it.. Has any state also legislated against this too? I figured since I had no idea of the law in Va, regarding cell phone use---maybe they outlawed the cup of "joe" while driving too.

No--I haven't been pulled over for anything. I just can't get over the fact of the nuber of people that I see talking on their phones while driving. I just do not believe that they about the law. It would have been VERY SIMPLE (here in Va) for the DMV to include a little printout or broshure with the yearly update for lisc. plates renewals. It's allmost as if THEY don't want the public to know or They are ashamed to have passed such a law. I can see both sides of the argument....but NOT INFORMING THE PUBLIC----is beyond my understanding.

Yep, you guessed it - in Virginia, it is illegal to drink or eat anything while driving.
